President of M&V Limousines
Attn All M&V Drivers!
Effective today 9/23/2024 you MUST use whip around for:
The safety and the protection of my drivers and passengers is my number one priority and should be yours as well if you are doing your job correctly. See Eric on this if you need training
Accidents: Make sure you are careful with bus or limos when driving them. As you know if you damage a bus and it is determined to be your fault you will go on probation where you receive a reduced pay of $5 per hr for three months. Additionally your name goes up on the accident register board. This will stay up for 1 yr period and then if all is good will come down. This is not to punish you, yet to make you aware that you need to be more careful and for others to maybe learn from your mistake in an effort to reduce incidents and to make us safer as a company. If you do damage a bus we expect you to notify us immediately.(Eric or Jay). Don’t try to hide it. We will find out trust me and we will not look upon that favorably at all. Honestly is important for your success in this company. Additionally as you know I’m sure Insurance is a major issue for all companies not only in NY but also around the country. Passenger transportation is a major risk especially in NY and few companies want to touch it. If you have too many points, too many accidents etc. they have the right to not let you drive and we are at their mercy. We are required to report ALL accidents to them and even if no other car is involved and they aren’t paying for it. We have a $20,000 deductible which means the first $20,000 the company has to pay
Thank you for being a part of our team and I look forward to your continued success. BE SAFE as this is the most important thing before anything. If any questions about this see Eric or Jay.
Sincerely,
Mark Vigliante

THE CLEAN AIR CITIZENS ARE OUT THERE IN NYC LOOKING FOR BUSES THAT IDLE FOR MORE THAN 3 MINUTES. I UNDERSTAND WE NEED THE AIR CONDITIONING, BUT THE LAW STATES WE CANNOT IDLE FOR LONGER THAN 3 MINUTES UNLESS IT'S 40 DEGREES OR LOWER ....OR WE ARE UNLOADING OR LOADING.
PLEASE MAKE SURE, IF THE FUEL STATION IS OPEN, YOU FUEL UP YOUR VEHICLE AT THE COMPLETION OF YOUR JOB! IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A GAS CARD LET DISPATCH KNOW.
I MET JAMES WANG AT A SAFETY MEETING IN MARYLAND. HIS YOU TUBE CHANNEL HAS SOME GREAT VIDEOS THAT WE CAN ALL RELATE TO.
