This is an important notice for ALL CDL DRIVERS at M&V Limousines. We have now installed a new ELD and camera system (Samsara) in all M&V vehicles.
DO NOT IGNORE THIS MESSAGE!
You are required to:
- Download the “Samsara Driver” app on your phone.
- Log in and use the app every time you operate an M&V vehicle.
- Properly record your hours of service (HOS) and follow all ELD instructions while driving.
This is MANDATED BY FMCSA REGULATIONS and is not optional. Failure to comply can result in disciplinary action and FMCSA violations.

SAFETY.

you must give the safety speech before leaving on every single run, no exceptions.
This isn’t just company policy — it’s federal law and common sense. The safety speech protects you, your passengers, and M&V in the event of an inspection, complaint, or incident.
When you skip it, you put
your CDL and our operating authority at risk.
When you do it, you show professionalism and protect yourself.
Bottom line:
- Give the full safety speech before every trip.
- Make sure all passengers can hear it.
- Document it on your trip sheet.
